In our category, key criteria is viewed from the overall business perspective of: loan volumes, quality of submissions to lenders, conversion rates, customer service proposition, the business’ value proposition, percentage growth year over year (2012-13/2013-14), business strategy and stakeholder engagement. The winner of this category will become a finalist in Australian Brokerage of the Year Award on the night.
